1. How was your first week of stay at MCL?

My first week of stay at MCL was a little bit of shy at first. How could I ever forget my first day as a college student? I came up early in the campus, knowing no one there. I feel like so alien because nobody is talking to me, and everyone has their own business, talking with their friends. And suddenly Mr. DC told everyone must go in their rooms because the class was about to start. After my first course, I thought that I have to look for the next room.The next day was Laguna Day and it was declared as official holiday so no classes! I just have my rest that day. The next day, Wednesday, felt not like an alien anymore because I already had new set of friends. My classmates were approachable and friendly so I haven't have a hard time get along with them. My professors were all good and acting as an Excellent Professionals. There are lots of adjustment that I had faced and still facing as I enter this new chapter of my life such as getting along with my classmates everyday because I have to be flexible and understand each of their personality, and plus the fact that I am from a school which has a little population it was a totally different being in a campus!In terms of academics, it was really hard for me the zero base. I really have work and study hard just to get a high grade and I know that its one of the training for us to be an excellent professional.

2. How do you feel about your teachers and schoolmates? How do you find your courses? What sort of adjustment you still have to meet in terms of your academics, emotions and social involvement?

My first impression to my teachers are I think they are strict, but I understand those teachers who are strict because they are just doing their job. I find my courses difficult but interesting, even how hard it is I need to learned and understand it because it is my part of my obligations to achieve my goals. Actually I was still in adjustment period but I will keep trying doing my best to adjust myself to act what I am now. Now I realized how hard to be a college student sooner I will meet Mr. Failure, Ms. Obstacle and Mr. Hardship.

1. How does Values Education work to your advantage?

As I enter in school we have a values education subject or good moral and right conduct(GMRC) in elementary. My advantage for having values education is I learned what should I need to learned not only in our home but also in school. Now I was a college student but I believed that I have many things I should learned although I'm too old enough.

Because of values education I learned how to value people around me. I learned how to forgive, I learned to be honest, and of course because of values education I learned how to respect other people as what they did to me.

2. After you have processed your first few experiences in MCL, in what way this help you achieve successful adjustment in college?

I was very excited when I enter in this school. Why? It's just because of the new environment, new classmates, and new teachers/professors. My first day here in Malayan was very confusing because I don't know how to interact to my new classmates and I can't find my room so I walk and I walk, before I reach my room I was very tired and huggard. Actually right now I'm on the adjustment period, I am now in college not in highschool but I try to adjust myself to act what I am now. I realized that being a college student is not easy full of duties, heartaches, and responsibilities. Now I need to face all of the difficulties sooner I encounter Mr. Failure, Mr. Obstacle and Mr. Hardship. But I will try to do my best to become an excellent proffessional after a couple of years.
